The SHTC3 digital humidity sensor is derived from the SHTC1, which has undergone rigorous market testing and achieved remarkable results.
With a wider power supply voltage range (1.62 - 3.6 V) that surpasses its predecessors and top-notch accuracy (±2% relative humidity, ±0.2℃), it offers greater flexibility.
Sheng Siren's proprietary CMOSens® technology provides a complete sensor system based on a single chip, including capacitive humidity sensors, bandgap temperature sensors, analog and digital signal processing, analog/digital converters, calibration data storage, and a digital communication interface supporting I2C fast mode. Even in the most limited space, the compact 2 x 2 x 0.75 mm³ DFN package enables it to handle various applications with ease. This sensor can measure relative humidity from 0 to 100% and temperature from -40°C to 125°C, with a typical measurement accuracy of ±2% relative humidity and ±0.2°C. With a wide power supply voltage range of 1.62 V to 3.6 V and an energy consumption budget of less than 1 μJ per measurement, the SHTC3 is highly suitable for battery-powered mobile or wireless applications.
